Trump pushing "mutual respect and sovereignty" at the UN General Assembly

PTrump, a resident, is expected to present his remarks to the UN General Assembly this week around "sovereignty".

"Mutual respect and sovereignty" will be the theme of his speech Tuesday, reported Axios Sunday. It will be Trump's biggest speech in New York.

On Wednesday, Trump plans to focus on Iran's "malicious activity", particularly its proliferation of ballistic missiles during the implementation of the agreement with Iran, while presiding over the Security Council American. In a tweet Friday, Trump said the topic of the meeting would be Iran, although he did not give additional details.

Trump also addresses a counter-narcotics summit on Monday, where he plans to talk about the global opioid crisis.

"It's something that he really wants to discuss, how there can be a global effort to combat the opioid crisis," a senior administration official told reporters.

Trump beat his week ahead in a tweet about his meeting Sunday night with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.

"We have done a lot to help Japan, would like to see more reciprocal relations," he wrote.
