Tua Tagovailoa's right knee is not in perfect health.
The Alabama quarterback limped off the pitch in the third quarter after wearing a wounded knee helmet during a Saturday sack against the Mississippi state.

Tagovailoa had been under strong pressure throughout the match and seemed to be willing to slightly favor his knee even before the match. Tagovailoa was injured in the knee and gained ground after a touchdown against LSU a week ago.
He had previously left Alabama's victory over Missouri after knee injury. The match was the first after coach Nick Saban revealed that Tagovailoa had a knee injury but did not fail to score.
While Alabama led 21-0 at the time of the third quarter bag, Tagovailoa was replaced by Mac Jones at quarterback. Jalen Hurts, the Alabama coach a year ago, recently had an operation on his ankle and is not in perfect health.
After the coaches tended to go to Tagovailoa in the sideline tent, the QB showed the stationary bike on the sideline while Jones played the QB.
"Tua's got a little beating," Nick Saban said after the match. Saban added that he thought Tagovailoa was going "well".
The match was the worst of the season for Tagovailoa, although he set the bar very high. Tagovailoa scored 14 of 21 passes for 164 yards, one touchdown and his second interception of the season.
The Tide won the game 24-0 for its second consecutive shutout against a SEC opponent and its 24th consecutive home victory.
