Fox News instituted a blackout on Twitter throughout the company, apparently in response to threats to host Tucker Carlson, but apparently, the blackout did not apply to Carlson himself.

Break a power outage made for him
Carlson's tweet included a Twitter-reported power outage that had been in place for several days and that would have been ordered because Carlson's address had been leaked.
In the email received by Business Insider, Fox News Editor Greg Wilson told the entire digital team, about 140 people, "to refrain from tweeting our content from the accounts. section or your own accounts until further notice ".
Fox News source quoted by Scott Gustin of Tribune Media would have said the decision came from the "highest level" of the company and was a form of protest against Twitter's response to tweets containing Carlson's address. According to Gustin, Twitter would have advised Fox News to submit a ticket request rather than immediately removing the tweets with Carlson's address.

On Wednesday, a group of about 20 protesters from Smash Racism DC reportedly showed up at Carlson's home after disclosing his address on Twitter. According to a Washington Post report, the protesters rang the bull's horns, carried placards with Carlson's address and sprayed an anarchist symbol in Carlson's alley (note: a number of details in the Washington Post's report were challenged by a reporter account claiming to be there).
Until Sunday, November 11, the last time Tucker Carlson or Fox News tweeted was November 8th. As of Sunday, @FoxNews has remained silent.
Playing in defense
Sunday's tweet was an answer to Carlson's other big controversy over the weekend – allegations of aggression brought by Michael Avenatti's last client, Juan Manuel Granados.
On Saturday, Avenatti tweeted a video that seemed to show Carlson screaming to "shut up" another boss from a Virginia country club. Avenatti claimed that "Carlson and / or members of his entourage" had assaulted Granados.

In response to a request from Business Insider on Saturday, Fox News sent the same statement that Carlson would eventually release, where Carlson denied personally attacking Granados. Carlson claims that Granados treated his daughter "f —— fucking" among other insults and that his own son then threw a glass of wine on Granados' head.
Since Carlson's initial response, Granados has published his own long answer in which he denied any name and claimed that Carlson had uttered threats of violence.
Granados said he was considering laying charges against Carlson, his son and another man present during the incident.
