The evaluation of Andrew Wiggins by the coach of the NBA is a bit wild, totally spectacular.
Twitter has collapsed as the rumor of the fight between lightweight and heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier and Derrick Lewis is made official.
How fast a rumor becomes a reality these days.
According to the president of the UFC Dana White, the fight between light heavyweight and heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier and Derrick Lewis is "done," ESPN also reported that he confirmed the announcement of the fight directly with Cormier himself.
I guess we'll all pretend that Cormier was not supposed to fight Brock Lesnar? So ok.
The fight is expected in just three weeks for the UFC 230 PPV in trouble at UFC in New York. The promotion has not yet formalized the fight, nor indicated whether it will be the main event (remember that they have already announced that Valentina Shevchenko against Sijara Eubanks would make the front page, much to the dismay of … everyone). Dustin Poirier versus Nate Diaz, who was considered at one time as the main event, should also feature on the UFC 230. We really can not keep up these days.
Lewis has just won an outstanding victory over Alexander Volkov in UFC 229 on Saturday. Cormier has just won a stellar victory over defending champion Stipe Miocic. He defeated the former heavyweight king and became the second fighter of the UFC to hold a title in two weight classes at the same time. Immediately after the fight, it was announced that he would face Lesnar, but it seems that the tides have changed.
Some have even speculated that something may have happened to Lesnar (ahem, USADA) to prevent it from fighting … of course, it's pure speculation since the USADA is only announcing the fighters have failed their drug testing.
Let's see what the Twitter world has to say about it.
The UFC 230 will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018 live from Madison Square Guard, New York. Follow with FanSided MMA for all your live results and highlights.
