The Lee County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shootout at Bell Tower Shops near the company and TGI Fridays in Fort Myers.
Sheriff Carmine Marceno said at a press conference Tuesday night that two people had died from gunshot wounds. Two other people were transported to the hospital injured.
Sheriff Marceno said the shooting did not appear to be a random act of violence.
The team cars still block parking near the shops Wednesday morning and witnesses said they heard up to 20 shots.
