It can be argued that the biggest battle of the history of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) will take place later in the evening (Saturday, October 6, 2018) at UFC 229, live on the map (PPV) from inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, while Conor McGregor returns to the MMA against undefeated Russian champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.
Before the two lightweights lead a major card upward with 3 million PPV purchases, a plethora of other talented and hungry fighters will take center stage. In some cases, it is the greater visibility that these fighters will have in their careers, given the enormous attention that a card driven by Conor McGregor really deserves.
