Verizon Combines a Moto Z3 with its 5G Network in a "World Premiere"

Verizon, Motorola, Qualcomm and Samsung announced that they had made the world's first 5G data transmission on a smartphone using a "3GPP 5G New Radio (NR) Commercial Network". How did they do it?
