Brian Atwood is back for his fourth year as a senior designer of shoes at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. The god of the star shoe has created an exclusive capsule collection comprising 100 pairs of shoes and 18 different styles for models to wear when they are walking on the famous podium.
"I love that Victoria's Secret lets you be free to design and create extravagant styles for the fashion show," Atwood told PEOPLE. "This show is the ultimate fashion show for shoes."

Atwood, who officially started designing shoes while he was working at Versace before launching his eponymous brand, says he's been designing shoes for "forever", and that creating a VS capsule is the only way to do it. one of his favorite experiences.

As for the time needed to develop the collection, Atwood says it all depends on the "complexity" of the design.
"It usually takes about four to six months between the initial concept and the final product," he told PEOPLE.
Although each show is memorable for the designer, who will be sitting in the front row at this year's sexy show, the show at the Paris Salon in 2016 was a highlight.
"When Victoria's Secret brought the show to the Grand Palais and Lady Gaga sang, that's all!"
