Steve Wilks was still worried. It went without saying. But for a coach who has always tried to be a firm voice against cardinal problems, the frustration was a little more palpable after Sunday's defeat against the Vikings. Cards are a team with little or no margin of error in many ways. They had twice the chance to make a touchdown in the first half on Sunday and they could not, and you can play to know if these 11 missed points could have given a victory in a loss of 10 points or not, but for more general reasons, these are the scores the cardinals need. In a league where year-to-year turnovers occur all the time, why would you want to deal with Peterson when you had to use the right choice you have … just to draw a prominent corner half? It's like what the Raiders are up to after exchanging Khalil Mack and they needed a sleight of hand. Those who say that the cardinals will not be good when Peterson will be good again, I do not know how you know it. If Josh Rosen stands out and makes a big leap next year – quite possible – then you will want to use P2.
