Girl Power: The Spice Girls are back

The Spice Girls have announced their first tour in a decade, with six dates for the British stadium in June of next year.

Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Geri Horner and Melanie Chisholm revealed the details of the meeting tour in a video Monday, in the style of a newsletter.

Victoria Beckham, however, should not participate.

The girls' group will begin their tour at Manchester's Etihad Stadium on June 1, 2019, with tickets for all dates going on sale Saturday at 10:30 GMT.

The quartet will also perform at Coventry, Sunderland, Edinburgh and Bristol, ending at Wembley Stadium in London. They will be supported by Jess Glynne.

Earlier Monday, Mel B confirmed that there would be a world tour to follow, adding that she still hoped that Victoria would appear in some of the shows.

"We are only four, I hope Victoria will join us at some point," said the star at the ITV Loose Women show. "It would be a shame if she did not do it."

Last week, Mel B kicked her group mate by dressing up as Victoria for Halloween and holding a sign saying, "No, I'm not going on tour."

When asked what Victoria had made with the suit, Mel B said that she thought she would find it funny, but also recognized the heated relationship between them.

Monday morning, Bunton said on his Heart Radio breakfast show, "I'm so excited I want it, it'll be great."

In February, the five members posted a photo on social media, stating that they planned to work together on new projects.

Since then, rumors have circulated about what they could do, a tour, and new elements as part of the suggestions.
