The date of this year's Amazon Prime Day may have just leaked, and if it's like last year, the deals will be better than those of the Black Friday.

NEW YORK – Amazon wants you to deliver her packages.

The online retailer has launched a new program this week that helps people in the United States start their own business by delivering Amazon packages, giving Amazon another way to ship its packages to customers in addition to relying on UPS, FedEx and other delivery services. Inc. states that start-up costs start at $ 10,000 and that businesses created under the program will operate between 20 to 40 vans and employ between 40 to 100 people.

Here's what it SHOULD KNOW:

WHAT IS FOR: Amazon says that those who have little or no experience in logistics can apply. And existing parcel delivery companies can also register. If they are approved to join the program, Amazon says that these companies can continue to deliver packages for other companies.

HOW IT WORKS : Interested persons must first register on its website, logistics.amazon. com. The company will review the applicants and determine if they are in the right place. There are also three weeks of training, including a trip to the Seattle headquarters of Amazon, which you will pay as part of the start up costs. During the training, Amazon says you will learn about its shipping operations and spend time on the ground with an existing delivery provider.

WHAT AMAZONE PROVIDES : Amazon says that it will provide business support, including discounts on insurance, technology and other services. Amazon brand vans will be available for rental and Amazon branded uniforms can be purchased for drivers. But keep in mind that these vans can only be used to deliver Amazon packages.

WHAT TO KNOW : The new company would be in charge of hiring staff, and Amazon would be the customer, paying for the deliveries.
