ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) – Amari Cooper had a Hit 90 yards finishing with 180 yards and two goals and the Dallas Cowboys tied for Washington over NFC East with a 31-23 win over Thanksgiving against the Redskins on Thursday.

Cooper had the highest number of yards for the Thanksgiving Cowboys, as well as the longest career record and the longest completed Dak Prescott in three seasons. The other Cooper DT was a 40-yard runner.

Ezekiel Elliott ran for 121 yards with a score The Cowboys (6-5) have won their third consecutive game since their first home defeat against Tennessee during Cooper's debut in Dallas following an exchange. Dallas beat Washington for the eighth time in nine Thanksgiving matches and second in three seasons.

The Redskins (6-5) lost for the third time in four games in Colt McCoy's first start in four years, following Alex Smith's late-season leg injury.

The former Texas Longhorns star has launched three interceptions to offset two touchdowns. McCoy has won his previous two home starts with the Cowboys, one for the Big 12 championship in 2009 and the other for his most recent NFL win with the Redskins in 2014.
