During his appearance, the future host of "Alec Baldwin Show" also made his debut with a strong impression of Robert De Niro.
Alec Baldwin showed some workout moves Tonight's show Friday night, while trying to prove to Jimmy Fallon that he was as fit as his wife Hilaria.
The actor, comedian and host of the next Alec Baldwin Show on ABC broke some maneuvers after challenging Fallon's assessment that he "looked" and that his "wife had to rub" against him.
Alec replied that everyone told him how Hilaria was "beautiful", "fit" and "wonderful". "I know my wife is all that, but I can work, I can take care of myself," he said. "You can see this reflection of their eyes on me, thinking: What is she doing with you?" Said Alec. He then put his wife, who was waiting on the wings of the 30 Rock stage, to the challenge of participating in a pump contest.
Alec won when Hilaria gave up and started laying on the floor instead of pushing, but her victory did not last long. "I want to know if you can do it," said Hilaria before placing a pear tree on his head with a dress and high heels. Baldwin, trying the same thing, eventually falls back on the couch of Fallon.
Also during the appearance, Alec explained the format of his upcoming show, which will consist of interviews of one hour, edited to reveal the most interesting information. The first episode will feature Robert de Niro and Taraji P. Henson; the second will be devoted to an interview with Kim Kardashian.
When Fallon learned that De Niro, who was Fallon's first guest on his late-night show, would be Alec's first guest, Fallon said, "I will say, I love him, he do not like to talk. "
