Chicago's "Joe's Grocery Store," Amabile, recorded the biggest improvement over Monday's "Dancing with the Stars" – a week after getting the lowest initial score of the first of season 27.
"Listen, I recognize that it's so difficult for you. You are the only competitor to have no performance experience in front of an audience, but tonight I've witnessed a transformation from last week to this week, "said Judge Carrie Ann Inaba in Amabile.

Amabile and her professional partner, Jenna Johnson, earned a score of 17 out of 30 for their foxtrot – which included a lift – at "New York State of Mind". That score was Monday night's low, but a slight 30-pair gain on the first of last week.
"I'm happy," Amabile said before hearing the scores. He added, "I'm nervous. I am a nervous wreck at this moment. "
Johnson, 32, from Melrose Park, is one of 12 couples remaining in the ABC competition. Their destiny is determined by the three judges and viewers.
