Fairfax Fire and Rescue was able to extract a small dog from an HVAC duct on Friday night during one of their most wacky calls.
WASHINGTON – Cats stuck in trees? Try the dogs stuck in the HVAC ducts.
That's exactly what Fairfax Fire and Rescue had to deal with Friday night when they received the call that a small dog was stuck in an HVAC system.
Once the crew defined their strategy, firefighter Mark Williams managed to drill a hole in the ceiling and save the dog safely.
