Justin Bieber went down the streets of London to serenate his fiancée Hailey Baldwin. Fans have surprised the pop star at the fountain in front of Buckingham Palace, while Baldwin was watching this week.
The young couple were sightseeing in London when they stopped at the palace. Bieber performed an impromptu performance with her acoustic guitar, singing her collaboration with Major Lazer 2016 "Cold Water" as well as a Tracy Chapman "Fast Car" cover-up direct to Baldwin as a crowd formed around them .
Bieber and Baldwin got engaged in July, two months after the meeting. Previously, they began dating in late 2015, separating early 2016.
