President Trump accelerates his campaign before the mid-term of 2018 – Friday, he rallies support in North Dakota and South Dakota, after organizing a rally in Billings, Montana, the day before.

The Friday President's schedule is loaded. He holds a round table and delivers a speech to a joint fundraising committee in Fargo, North Dakota, before holding another round table with supporters and other remarks before another fundraising committee spouse in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Mr. Trump said to be asleep during a speech delivered by former President Barack Obama, in which the former commander-in-chief said that Mr. Trump was a "symptom, not the cause of national division.

The president touted what he sees as the key achievements of his administration, including economic growth. If the Democrats had won the elections in 2016, he said he thought the economy would decrease by 4.2% instead of growing by 4.2%.

The president's trip comes as Republicans strive to keep the house. The latest CBS News poll shows Democrats are more likely to take control of the House than they are. But Trump was distracted this week by a new explosive book documenting White House chaos by Watergate journalist Bob Woodward and a scathing New York Times editorial by a senior unnamed government official.

Both accounts have intensified the president's attacks on "fake" media, which he is already frequently criticizing. the the president called the editorial "unfair" and suggested that the New York Times give the name of its author.
