Williams collaborated with the I Touch Myself project to create the performance, an interpretation of the 1990 song of the Australian rock band Divinyls, "I Touch Myself", in honor of 2018 Breast Cancer Awareness Month. According to Cancer Research UK, more than 90% of women diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer survive the disease for at least five years, compared to only about 15% of women diagnosed at the most advanced stage.
