Steven Averyand Brendan DasseyThe struggle continues in Make a murderer part 2. Netflix has just released the official trailer of the second installment of the successful docuseries and the story is warming up.

In the trailer of the popular series, the team of two men's lawyers is doing everything possible to overturn Avery's conviction and close this traumatic chapter of Avery's life and from his family. Part of this trip includes the search for evidence to support Steven's claims that he did not actually kill Teresa Halbach on this fateful night in 2005.

This season also introduces Kathleen Zellner, a prominent lawyer after his conviction who has pledged to help Steven in his quest for justice. While Zellner was trying to prove that Steven had been wrongly convicted, Dassey's lawyers after his conviction, Laura Nirider and Steven Drizin with the Center for Wrongful Youth Convictions at Northwestern University, fight for Brendan and his freedom.

In a statement, the filmmakers Laura Ricciardi and Moira Demos "Steven and Brendan, their families as well as their teams of investigators and lawyers have again graciously granted us access, giving us a window on the complex network of US criminal justice."

They continued, "Building on Part 1, who has documented the accused's experience, in particular Part 2we recounted the experience of the convict and imprisonment, two men each serving life sentences for crimes they claim they did not commit. We are delighted to be able to share this new phase of the trip with viewers. "

The 10 episodes of the series will be presented for the first time on Netflix on October 19th.
