8UP Drinkery & Kitchen Elevated

An à la carte menu prepared by executive chef James Moran with crisp brussel sprouts and goat cheese Capriole Farms; grilled turkey breast with applesauce and cranberries; and braised ribs with fingerling potato. Cracker Barrel

The Turducken is a dish consisting of a boneless chicken stuffed with a boneless duck and then a boneless turkey. It can be bought pre-cooked or cooked.
