Fear the undead ends once again, just before the return of the show that spawned it. The season has been difficult. I've evangelized the hell out of Season 3, but I've been quite disappointed with how Season 4 has unfolded, ranging from the deaths of major characters at the Walking DeadMorgan's big crossover has essentially taken over.
As tends to happen in The dead who walk, the finals of the season usually involve the death of big characters. Fear the Walking Dead has already given us two huge dead characters in season 4A, Nick and Madison Clark, who probably can not, and should not, be overwhelmed tonight. But someone seems to be on the menu.
Who? The cast is big enough now, so there are more options than ever before.
Morgan
Was the purpose of this crossover just a way to give Morgan a send-off for a full season instead of just killing him during the Negan War or something? It's possible, and we could have a situation where "Moses does not live to see the Promised Land" where Morgan installs Fear on the way to Alexandria, and yet he sacrifices himself to allow them to get there. It looks like something The dead who walk I would, and honestly, I'm a little Morgan at this point, so honestly, I would not mind.
Alicia
I swear to god that if they kill Alicia, they will lose me forever. More reviews, more articles, nothing. I will be finished. Lord knows it's bad enough to not have made the real seed, but killing the last Clark would be the highlight of the show. She must live to join the cast of TWD, or I will be very angry.
Strand
Once again, Fear has already killed too many Season 1 characters to kill 50% of the only two remaining actors. Strand may not be a Clark, but he is still a character of OG Fear, and it would be an absolute shame to lose him. I also want to see how he manages in Alexandria.
Luciana
Luciana is in a really weird place in the series right now, because I often forget completely that she exists. She disappeared from the show in season 3, but was miraculously brought off screen for season 4, but Nick is dead and she has not really done anything relevant since. So much so that his death would really have no impact. She's just a non-factor on the show now.
John
I have mixed feelings about John Dorie, a great character who has made Morgan's plot endurable, but it has become less and less interesting to be permanently attached to June. I would not want to exclude the show making it heroically sacrifice itself for it somehow in this finale.
June
I would like a lot I'd rather see June die because I really do not like her character, and honestly, I'm not crazy about Jenna Elfman's portrait. She spent too much time this season with her delicate loyalty, and even though she was stronger and more trustworthy now, she would not miss me again.
al
Conversely, I like Al, who I think has been an added value to the cast, even though his obsession with his videos and his SWAT truck are a little boring. She's actually the only cast member missing after last season, but I doubt she'll find her dead. I'm waiting for her to survive.
Charlie
Charlie is another character I forget a bit because she does so little, apart from this great bottle episode with Alicia some time ago. With all the work they have done to try to redeem her character, it would be a mess to kill her.
Brothers and sisters truckers
Sorry, it's been like five episodes and I still do not know their names. These two are a kind of comedic relief right now, last minute additions to the cast that, like the late Jim, do not seem terribly essential to go forward. But honestly I love them both better than June, especially the woman.
Crazy Dirt Lady
Oh yes, we can not forget our season 4B antagonist, who is somehow super efficient in dismantling Fear's crew, even if she is alone and her favorite weapon is a walker on a leash. I know that Morgan will try to buy it back, which is why I could see her join the cast as a new ally rather than a vanquished foe. But if she's too crazy and says, kill one of the other people on this list, it could cause Morgan to break and kill her.
So, my choices for who will die are one or both of the trucker brothers and sisters and maybe the land woman. My choices for whom should are June and maybe Morgan, because it seems they have all ripped off his character. We'll see tonight.
