WILKES-BARRE – The Wilkes-Barre Health Department has announced the schedule for free flu shot clinics.
All influenza vaccination clinics are reserved for residents of the city. They must bring proof of residence.
The quadrivalent influenza vaccine (designed to protect against four different influenza viruses) will be available to anyone 6 months of age and older. The high-dose influenza vaccine is available to people 65 years of age and older.

• Kirby Health Center, 71 N. Franklin Street
Wednesday, October 3: 9:30 to 11:30; 13:30 to 15:30
Thursday, October 11 at 15h to 19h
Monday, October 15: 9:30 to 11:30; 13:30 to 15:30
Friday, October 19 at 5am to 7pm – driving clinic
Monday, October 29: from 10:00 to noon; 14h to 18 hours
• Clinic at the wheel of Kistler Elementary School, 301 Old River Road
Saturday October 13 from 9h to 13h
• Fire Station Hollenback, 1020 N. Washington St.
Monday, October 22 at 1 pm to 6 pm
• St. Mary Antiochian Orthodox Church, 905 S. Main Street
Thursday, October 25 at 4am until 6.30pm
