Winn agrees to Lawlor

INGLEWOOD, Calif. – Deron Winn (5-0) kept his perfect professional record with a decisive victory over veteran Tom Lawlor (10-7), who returned to the game after more than two years of latency.

Winn left the opening bell to go forward and seek to install his powerful right hand. For his part, Lawlor kept his hands high and turned to the outside. Winn landed a right hand early and a surprising kick flew over Lawlor's head shortly thereafter. Lawlor respected the power of his opponent, recoiling constantly and refusing to open a powerful wicket. Nevertheless, Winn could cut Lawlor under both eyes.

As blood began to flow on Lawlor's face, Winn continued to be the aggressor, advancing and throwing it all at once.

Lawlor seemed to be more busy opening the second, but a left hand from Winn dropped him to one knee early in the game. Lawlor got up at once, but tasting the power of his opponent certainly did not encourage him to open his feet. However, over time, Lawlor knew that he had to get to work and land a few decisive shots, if any. Winn came back with great power and Lawlor lowered his hands to convince him to continue.

The third started with an accidental hit from Winn, but Winn did not bother to take a break. Both men were aggressive at the restart, but that 's Winn who changed level and brought the action to the fore. Lawlor was patient in his counters, going back to his feet, but Winn tugged the ball forward again and brought the action back to the ground, briefly holding lateral control.

Lawlor was able to get up again, and they started playing again. Lawlor tried to catch his neck and warn himself, and the guillotine appeared briefly tight, but Winn managed to free his head and take the lead. Lawlor did his best to try to get back up, leaning against the fence at the fence, but Winn refused to let him get up, adjusting to bring his opponent to the ground and finishing with punches, heading for the win decision, 30 -27 on the three cards.
