Marvel may be dropping the Netflix series, but the studio still has big plans for streaming shows. Variety reports that another small screen show about the Marvel characters we met on the big screen is in preparation, this time focusing on Winter Soldier and the Falcon.
Until now, neither Marvel nor Disney have commented on the report, but the proposed series would associate Winter Soldier and Falcon (interpreted respectively by Sebastian Stan and Anthony Mackie in several films, including Avengers: Infinity War and of course Captain America: The Winter SoldierAlthough the details of the developing series are obviously rare to date (will it be a strange couple comedy with impressive fight scenes or what?), Variety noted that Malcolm Spellman (whose credits include the TV series Fox TV Empire) was hired as scriptwriter of the series.
