A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect beginning Monday morning at 6 am for several counties in the News 4 viewing area. The advisory goes through Monday night. Full forecast below:
Winter Weather Advisory begins with Monday at 6a.m.
Veteran's Day: High 45. Partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies. Winds: Southeast 3-7 mph.
Sunday Night: Low 32. A chance of snow, possibly mixed with rain at times, mainly NW of the St. Louis Metro area. North Winds 5-7 mph.
Monday: High 35. Cloudy and cold with a wintry rain & snow mix. Snowfall accumulations of 0.5 "up to 2" are expected. Any ice accumulations will be under 1/10 "The best window of opportunity for winters weather in the STL area is from roughly 12pm through 9pm.
