A day after missing a punt in the fourth quarter that led to a Texans touchdown that reduced the Patriots' lead to 27-20, the Pats gave up receiver Riley McCarron.

Coleman, 24, was the 15th pick in the 2016 NFL draft and had 56 catches for 718 yards and five touchdowns for the Browns before being traded to the Bills this summer. It lasted less than a month in Buffalo before being released on the day of the end of the day.
Fowler, 27, also went through training camp to be released as part of the final cups with the Bears. An undrafted free agent in 2014, Fowler had 56 assists for 698 yards and five touchdowns for the Broncos from 2015 to 2017.
