But Austin, who retired from the fight, stopped drinking. Sports Illustrated reports that in an episode of his podcast Steve Austin's show, he announced that he had abandoned the beer as part of a diet program and holistic diets aimed at improving his health.

"My diet program is fantastic," said the native of Austin Texas. "[I’m] to stick to my exact macros. [I’ve had] zero alcohol for the right to 14 days now. "

He indeed has a beautiful appearance at the age of 53 years. Alcohol is not the only thing he cuts as part of his journey towards self improvement. He said that he had started doing yoga, following the DDP yoga routine developed by Diamond Dallas Page, another WWF veteran, which made him "flexible as a son of a bitch".

Well, he may not have beer anymore, but at least he still has some way to go with the words.
