WWE multi-million dollar payment contract compromises due to tensions in Saudi Arabia

WWE is scheduled to return to Saudi Arabia on Nov. 2 for its Wreath of the Crown wrestling event, but it is not clear whether the event will be held at King Saud University Stadium in Riyadh.

A WWE representative issued a statement to the press, "We are currently watching the situation".

WWE has already taken its traveling show to Saudi Arabia once this year, when it sold King Abdullah International Stadium in Jeddah for the "Greatest Royal Rumble". This proposed show would be the second event in a long-term partnership between WWE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Many of the most famous superstar organizations must appear on the bill. Including, for the first time since 2010, Shawn Michaels, a member of the WWE Hall of Famer, who, it was revealed last week, would return to the ring alongside Triple H, his real name Paul Levesque.

"Crown Jewel" is expected to broadcast live on the organization's WWE network and be available on pay-per-view services outside the Middle East.
