Triple H spoke to WWE fans via video link while NXT UK arrived in Liverpool for his last shoot this week.
The 14-time world champion has confirmed that the brand, which he created as WWE's first full-time show outside of the US, would take another step forward next year.
NXT UK presents the best talent gathered by WWE in Great Britain and will now present its very first special showcase on the WWE network.
The executive vice president of WWE confirmed NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool will visit the famous Empress Ballroom in the city.
It will be among the stars of NXT UK as WWE continues to strengthen its presence in England, the weekly show is already broadcast every Wednesday night on the WWE network.
"Today we are alongside NXT UK, one of the most popular brands on the planet"
Triple H
Triple H said via videoconference: "Two years ago, I told you we were going to the UK to help you build your empire.
"And you did, because today we are alongside NXT UK, one of the most fashionable brands on the planet."
He added: "The reaction to this event has not been taken into account, the talents of the whole world beg to enter NXT UK, because it is one of the hottest things that the industry has ever view.
"Now we're going back to where it all started, Blackpool."
The Blackpool Empress Ballroom hosted the first-ever WWE United Kingdom Championship Tournament two years ago, spurring WWE's new interest in Britain.
Tyler Bate, of Dudley, won the tournament and was crowned first WWE Champion in the UK.
WWE officially confirmed NXT UK earlier this year at the second UK tournament and, after a series of recordings in the summer, launched the show in October.
And there has been no TakeOver event in the UK since NXT TakeOver: London in December 2015.
Since moving away from the ring, Triple H has been working behind the scenes with WWE's developing brands as he seeks to work with young wrestlers.
At a press conference in London earlier this year, he praised the British talent for the depth of his talents and confirmed the release of NXT UK.
The rising stars of the fight in Britain are led by WWE Champion United Kingdom, Pete Dunne, who now has one of the longest reigns of the modern era with over 553 days in as a champion.
Other emerging talents in the UK include Liverpool number one Zack Gibson, Mae Young Classic winner Toni Storm and former NXT Tag Team champion Mustache Mountain.
Speaking to Daily Star Online, Gibson had previously described what made NXT UK stand out from other WWE shows.
"It's like Hollywood gangster movies. If you look at an American production, you get those stars with clean cuts, straight and perfect teeth.
"But if you go to British cinema, you get something like Lock Stock or Snatch. Dirty, realistic and real – that's what NXT UK is.
"If you look at us all – look at our teeth – it tells you everything you need to know and what to expect from the fight.
"No one holds back and nobody cares about our appearance or what we do. This will be raw, it is a show that will spark enthusiasm. "
The British struggle has grown considerably in the last decade after its collapse after the cancellation of shows like World of Sport.
Independent shows are now organized across the country every weekend by brands such as PROGRESS Wrestling, Fight Club: PRO, ATTACK! Pro Wrestling and ICW.
And in September, PROGRESS organized the largest independent wrestling show in 30 years at Wembley Arena.
British stars are also enjoying worldwide success, with stars such as Will Ospreay and Zack Saber Jr. becoming hit hits in Japan.
Tickets for NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool will be available via www.eventim.co.uk from 10am on Monday.
