Velveteen Dream hopes to end the reign of the title of NXT champion Tommaso Ciampa when they meet tonight.

Over the past month, Ciampa and Dream have clashed, threatening their volley and mind games, fueling tensions that would explode at WarGames.

Dream is looking to bring a "lived experience" to the self-proclaimed best sports organizer of the NXT All-Time Championship.

Ciampa, meanwhile, promised to "turn the dream into a nightmare". The sharp words of Blackheart came after Dream implicated him in the August ambush against Aleister Black.

Since Johnny Gargano was revealed as Black's assailant, it may have been what Ciampa claimed to be, a ploy to get the champion's attention.

Ciampa, who is no stranger to brain warfare, matched Velveteen's sneaky campaign with a series of harsh warnings, prompting NXT chief executive William Regal to oppose them tonight.

Will it be "finished dream" for the reign of the NXT Ciampa Championship? Or do Velveteen's ambitions on the NXT Title end in a nightmare?

One thing is certain, it should be a cracker. Ciampa never fails to deliver to TakeOvers and Dream remains the brightest young talent in WWE. With his experience leading the game, I think we will enjoy, but I do not see him losing the title.
