BROCK Lesnar now has the UFC and WWE belt.

The new short-term Star Fighter contract with WWE has been revealed, according to a report – and it includes a UFC release clause for an intriguing return of the Octagon, reports The Sun.

The Beast was to end his reign of dominance with Vince McMahon's wrestling company at Crown Jewel this week.

Instead, after signing his new contract, all bets are opened.

Roman Reigns was successfully defending the universal title against 41-year-old Braun Strowman until he delivered the shocking news last month against leukemia.

After giving up the belt, Lesnar defeated The Monster Among Men to take back the title he had lost against Reigns at SummerSlam.

Now Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer has claimed that the six-time world champion has agreed to sign a contract to fight at least two other matches for WWE.

The Conqueror is already battling AJ Styles, WWE Champion, at the Survivor Series on Nov. 18 at Staples Center.

"The new deal involves several shows, but its duration has remained secret," said Meltzer.

"But we know that Lesnar is scheduled for WrestleMania in April of next year."

The report says the contract signed last week allows Lesnar to return to UFC next year.

He gives Lesnar control of the main scenarios of the two combat promotions. WWE needs him for a main title game at WrestleMania 35, booked for the New Jersey MetLife stadium in April. The UFC needs him for a dream showdown with heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier.

If the UFC can not convince Lesnar to return to the MMA promotion one last time, the trilogy of the Battle of Cormier with fierce rival Jon Jones suddenly becomes the company's number one priority.

For months, the UFC has been referring to a Cormier-Lesnar clash since the Canadian beast entered the Octagon after the US champion won the heavyweight title of previous champion Stipe Miocic.

Cormier called the former UFC heavyweight king after defeating Derrick Lewis in the second round Sunday (AEDT).

Cormier said, "Brock Lesnar, when you come, bring this brand new WWE title. Because I feel like WWE Champion too. "

He also hinted that a win over Lesnar could be his last fight in the UFC.

"It could be the fight for old DC's retirement," he said after UFC 230.

"It's crazy, is not it? When you start thinking about it Talk about having the opportunity to make a record, to make one of the show in Vegas against Brock Lesnar before I turned 40 years old. "

UFC boss, Dana White, also recently said that the fight between Cormier and Lesnar "should be" the next big UFC match after Jones returns against Alexander Gustafsson on December 30 (AEDT ) in UFC 232.
