– WWE 2018 Survivor Series The pre-show Kickoff opens live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. Jonathan Coachman welcomes us. Beth Phoenix, WWE Hall of Famer, Jerry Lawler, Member of the WWE Hall of Famer, and David Otunga. Advertisers are reviewing tonight's map. Cole brings us to a video package explaining how we managed to reach the match between WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar and WWE Champion Daniel Bryan.
Lawler predicts that Lesnar will win the match and Phoenix agrees. We go behind the scenes of the RAW women's team. Team captain Alexa Bliss explains how the SmackDown team played diffuse on RAW last week, so tonight she will meet them at their own game. Ruby Riott ended up taunting Natalya by asking her if she was repairing the destroyed glasses, property of Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart. Natalya attacks the Riott Squad and fights. They are separated while Bliss threatens to expel them if they can not hear. We return to the panel and SmackDown General Manager Paige, along with Baron Corbin, Acting Managing Director of RAW, temporarily replaces Otunga and Phoenix. They are interrupted by Bobby Lashley and Lio Rush. Lashley poses and Rush explains how he will become a living legend after destroying the SmackDown team tonight. Rush sings "Lashley!" as they go away. Back from another break, we have a video package on what led to tonight's game between Charlotte Flair and RAW champion Ronda Rousey. The panel discusses the match and injuries of SmackDown women's champion Becky Lynch. Coach shows us the recent social media exchanges between Rousey, Lynch and Nia Jax. They had a chart that shows Natalya and Ruby removed from the RAW team. We go behind the scenes of Charly Caruso and Flair. Flair tells Rousey a decent promo and says she will prove tonight that no one can tie her boots, and even Rousey will bow down to the queen. Flair does a "woooo!" and we go back to the panel. Lawler chooses Flair to win tonight. Phoenix agrees that it could happen. Otunga predicts that Rousey wins. We have another break and go backstage to the SmackDown Women's Team. Naomi is the new captain of the team. R-Truth appears and thinks he's part of the team, but he will be in some way their cheerleader. Naomi introduces the last member of the team and then comes Mandy Rose. We return to the panel for the discussion on the Team RAW women's match against Team SmackDown. The coach sends us a preview of the match for the WWE Cruiserweight title tonight.
We go back to the panel and 205 live Chief Executive Drake Maverick is joined to them. He talks about the WWE 205 live and praises the cruiserweights but also explains how he kept his word when he announced that he would guide the pain writers to the RAW tag team titles. As for tonight's match, Drake says he's not afraid of Big Show. Lawler pranks on Drake's size, but he's heard it all his life and he's penned, he's got the brain of a giant, making him the most man smart of the WWE. Drake finally leaves and we move on to another break. They are releasing an upcoming vignette for Lars Sullivan. We return to the panel for the start of the second hour when Booker T, the WWE Hall of Fame, replaces Lawler. The panel reviews tonight's matches. Booker thinks Lesnar will crush Bryan like a grape tonight. The coach sends us to the ring for tonight's Kickoff match.
SmackDood vs. SmackDood 5: 5 vs. 5 Traditional Elimination Match: Chad Gable and Bobby Roode, The Ascension, Lucha House Party, The Revival, The B Team (Captains: Roode & Gable) vs. The Usos, the new day, The Colons, SAnitY, Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson (Team Captains: Usos)
We go to the ring while Tom Phillips welcomes us. He is joined by Corey Graves and Byron Saxton. The first day of the SmackDown team is The New Day – Big E, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods. They all work on the microphone before making a big introduction to Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson. Woods presents The Colons next, Primo and Epico. Kofi then presents Eric Young, Killian Dain and Alexander Wolfe of SAnitY. Usos, Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso are presented next. They host RAW at SmackDown Penitentiary. Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder from The Revival are next on Team RAW. Kalisto, Lince Dorado and Gran Metalik from Lucha House Party will follow, followed by Konnor and Viktor from The Ascension. Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas from Team B are next. The captains of the RAW team, Bobby Roode and Chad Gable, are the last ones.
Gable picks up the microphone and talks garbage out of the ring. Some boo fans. Roode follows and leads the entire RAW team in a "glorious!" pose. Epico starts with Kalisto. Metalik, Wolfe and Kofi watch from the edge of the ring. Epico takes over after a few kicks from Kalisto. Epico with a long suplex for 2 points. Kalisto seems to have twisted his left knee, but he has just sucked Epico for a nudge. Dorado adds Epico tags and dropkicks. Kalisto is back for a big double sequence with Epico. Kalisto covers for 2 counts. First marks and works Kalisto. Primo with a low dropkick and more kicks in Kalisto. Primo sweeps Kalisto and shows some of them. Primo is sent to Epico, knocking him off the apron. Dawson marks. Kalisto lands badly and maybe really hurts his knee. Dash Mark and The Revival eventually hit a Shatter machine at Primo for the pin. Both points have been eliminated.
Anderson inserts and unloads The Revival with Spinebusters. Anderson covers Dash but Axel breaks the pin. Kalisto is on the ground with an apparent injury. Metalik replaces him on the deck as Axel enters and lands on Anderson for 2 points. Dallas leads Team B's vocals while Axel stomps around the corner. Dallas scores and doubles the Anderson team for a total of 2. Dallas gets kicked by a low shot from Gallows, allowing Anderson to cover him for the pin. Team B has been eliminated.
It looks like Gable and Big E are about to attack, but Dain is interfering. Dain tackles Gable and attacks him with the Divide crossbody for a total of 2. Young inserts a pair of studs into Gable, but Roode breaks the pin. Dain throws Roode in the apron but he hangs on it. Dain loads but Roode steps aside and Dain lands on the ground. Roode joins Gable and joins him for a lunar combo – Young's Rude Awakening. Roode covers for the brooch. Security has been eliminated.
Konnor ends up going with Big E, dropping him by the shoulder. Big E puts Konnor in the abdominal stretch and gives him a spanking. Konnor throws Big E into the ring. Woods enters but Konnor blocks his DDT in full flight. Konnor with a falling slam to Woods. Viktor takes over and takes control of Woods while Kofi tries to rally him with pancakes from the ring. Woods fights but Viktor nudges him in the head. Woods runs the ropes and avoids shooting, dropping Viktor with a rolling elbow. Big E tag and Woods takes it on his shoulders. Woods slams Big E over Viktor to attack him. The Ascension has been eliminated.
Metalik ends up going with Gallows afterwards. Lince marks and takes off but Gallows catches him. Anderson comes for a Magic Killer but Lince counters him. Metalik against a Gallows Stunner. Lince and Anderson end up trading chips, but Anderson is thrown into the ropes. Gallows and Anderson finish on the ground to regroup but Metalik and Lince nail moonsault to the ground at the same time. We see Kalisto lowered but applauding them from the ground. Metalik hits Anderson at Anderson. Anderson and Gallows have been eliminated. Boo fans.
Jimmy arrives while Metalik makes fun of him. Jimmy takes him to the corner and cradles him. Lince gets the etiquette after Metalik nailed a dropkick. Jimmy is rolled up for 2. Lince with a rope in the middle moonsault for 2 more heads. Lince with another big takedown. Jey arrives and catches Dorado in the middle of a movement to sting him on the mat. I'm covering for the pin. Lucha House Party has been eliminated.
The match comes down to Gable & Roode and The Revival vs. The New Day and The Usos. Dawson and Woods are going now. The referee is distracted by the fall of Dash, which allows The Revival to turn around. Gable enters and works on Woods' leg. Dawson marks the back and continues to attack Woods. No more back and forth between Woods and Dawson now. Woods releases Gable and Roode from the apron. Woods with a dropkick missile in Dawson. Big E tags in as does Dash. Big E arrives with big suplex belly stomach. Big E is great for a pop. Big E dances on Dash and runs the ropes, but Dawson rushes inside. Big E is spinning on the ground. Dash throws Big E for 2 points. Dash is sent to the apron. Big E does not see Gable's label. Big E pinion plants with suplex. Roode joins the double team with Gable on Big E, the German suplex in the cleavage. Roode holds the pin but Big E starts just in time.
Roode gets angry as Big E gets up slowly. Big E blocks the Glorious DDT with a big elbow. Woods inserts and sends Roode in a Backstabber combo with Big E. Gable doing the backup and Roode starts at 2 o'clock. Jimmy is sent to the ground. Dawson runs the ropes for a deep dive, eliminating Jimmy and Kofi. Woods takes off and takes Dawson to shore, but Dash lays Woods on the ground with a big DDT. Big E runs the ropes and throws Dash on the ground for a big pop. Roode and Gable stand in the ring. Gable runs the ropes and Roode throws him over the others. I get out of nowhere and flattens Roode with a big superkick. Jey makes fun of Roode's mockery and runs the ropes jumping over everyone else. Jimmy goes to the top now but Gable interrupts. Gable rides and hits a super super German suplex for Jey, from the tensioner to the group of Superstars on the ground. Fans sing "holy s – t!" now.
Gable is legal now. Roode holds Woods for the double team but it turns against Gable who ends up on the mat. Woods and Roode go there. Big E tags in and Woods hits the honor board on Roode. Gable moonsaults but Big E catches it in full swing. Woods and Big E run Gable down with the double team for the pin. Gable and Roode have been eliminated.
The double revival teams Big E now, but he almost turns for a narrow pin attempt. Dawson with a DDT at Big E. Woods adds a DDT to Dawson. Woods makes Dawson tremble. Dawson misses a shot. Woods drops Dawson as Wilder is legal now. Woods drops Wilder and climbs to the top. Woods passes the rope and flies for a double clothesline to The Revival, but they catch him with a Shatter Machine in full swing. Boo fans like he was a little sloppy, it seems. The new day has been eliminated.
Usos and The Revival are now facing each other. Both teams start fighting. Dawson ends up sending Jey to the steel steps. The revival hits a top rope bulldog at Jimmy for another close count. Dawson knocks Jey off the apron after several round trips. Jimmy drops Dawson with an enziguri in his face. Jimmy goes to the top but Dawson cuts it. Dawson swings Jimmy up and up. Dash inserts in and goes to the other corner. Dawson nails a superplex and Dash follows with a splash. Dash is covering but Jey just breaks the pin in time. Jey avoids a Shatter Machine to Jimmy. Jimmy leaves at 2 o'clock. Dawson is eating a superkick. They hit a double superkick at Dash, then at Dawson. Jimmy climbs to the top and pays tribute to Roman Reigns with a dazzling touch to Dawson. Jimmy covers for the pin to win.
Winners: Team SmackDown (Survivors: The Usos)
– After the match, the Usos recover and stand up to the rhythm of their music. We are going to replay. The Revival climbs the ramp and gives accessories under the gaze of Usos.
– Charly is behind the scenes with Alexa Bliss, Mickie James, Nia Jax and Tamina Snuka. Charly asks about replacements for Ruby Riott and Natalya. Bliss presents Sasha Banks and Bayley saying that she has picked them. Bayley and Banks are not happy with how others treated them on RAW last week but Team SmackDown crossed the finish line and they will only do it for the red mark. Sasha says that they will come back with all their teammates once tonight is over.
– We go back to the panel. They are reviewing the payment card à la carte tonight. Booker thinks Team SmackDown will impose tonight. Otunga does not agree and also thinks Rousey will win his match against Flair. Phoenix thinks Rousey and Flair are going to blow everything up in the water tonight, but she thinks Flair wins, and consolidates his legacy with the win. The coach finishes and it's all about sending as the women's teams get ready behind the scenes.
– WWE 2018 Survivor Series pay-per-view opens with a video package.
– We're live from a Staples Center in Los Angeles, California, where Michael Cole welcomes us for the Survivor series. He is joined in the ring by Corey Graves and Renee Young.
Match for SmackDown's SmackDown SmackDown 5-on-5 elimination: Nia Jax, Tamina Snuka, Ember Moon, Sasha Banks, Bayley (Team captain: Alexa Bliss) vs. Naomi, Sonya Deville, Asuka, Carmella and Mandy Rose ( captain of the team: Naomi)
We go to the ring for the Women's RAW match against Team SmackDown, while Carmella arrives with R-Truth, getting closer to the ring. The captain of the SmackDown team, Naomi, is next. Mandy Rose is the next time JoJo makes the presentations. Sonya Deville is next. Asuka is the last on a big pop. We see a revival of the recent female invasion angle on RAW. The RAW team is next after the release of captain Alexa Bliss. She will not fight tonight. Mickie James is next, followed by Tamina Snuka. Nia Jax's music then sounds, as the arena fills with screams. Sasha Banks is next, followed by Bayley.
The bell rings and both teams prepare to fight. Naomi starts with Snuka. Fans start singing "Becky" for SmackDown's women's champion, Becky Lynch. Naomi tried a quick pin after snatching Snuka. Tamina prepares Naomi and drops Rose off the apron. A big fight breaks out in the ring with the 10 Superstars. Asuka sends Banks to the ground after a series of strikes. Naomi takes Jax with a kick. Snuka Naomi superkicks and pin. Naomi was eliminated.
Carmella comes from behind and immediately throws Snuka for the pin. Snuka was eliminated to a pop.
Carmella asks for a dance break and the music sounds as the lights go out. She dances and stops, but turns to Jax who looks at her. It turns against her but Rose ends up interfering. She makes fun of Jax but Jax levels it for a total of 2 points. Rose comes back and drops Jax. Mickie identifies and unloads Rose. Rose pushes her away and misses a clothesline. Mickie with a neckbreaker for 2 counts. Rose with an abdominal stretch to Mickie now, while driving an elbow to the intestine. Mickie breaks it and drops Rose in a submission. Rose goes to the bottom rope to break the hold. Asuka kicks and fixes Mickie. Fans sing for Asuka while they lock up. They go there and collide with the shoulders in the middle of the ring but both are still standing, twice. Asuka drops Mickie with a hip attack.
Asuka with more offense to Mickie. Asuka with a bid in a 2 count counter closer by Mickie. Asuka drops Mickie with his back. Sonya adds Mickie to the corner. Sonya with thrusts while the referee backs it. Deville returns but Mickie gives him a nudge. Mickie drops again and gives two kicks. Mickie keeps control but Bayley is immiscious. Bayley and Mickie speak a few words. Bayley drops his elbows on Deville and covers them for a total of 2. Banks inserts and starts working on Deville in the corner. The banks with knees belly while Deville was lying in the corner. Mickie self-identifies and hits a Thesz Press on Sonya for a score of 2. Deville against and hits a spear. Deville charges with one knee but Mandy is legal while she identifies herself. Rose enters and steals the pin. Mickie has been eliminated.
Rose and Deville have a few words. Bayley scores and rolls Rose for 2 points. Rose returns it and comes Carmella. Carmella takes Bayley in a corner and works it. Bayley drops Carmella in the corner and goes to the top but must land on her feet. Bayley misses again and Carmella kicks him on his knees. Carmella walks around applying a head lock. Carmella keeps control of Bayley and makes fun of Banks. Carmella charges in the corner but Bayley catches her with a Bayley-to-Belly suplex. Bayley covers for the pin. Carmella has been eliminated.
Rose gets inside and brings Bayley down, working her in a corner. Rose keeps control and makes fun of Bayley. Banks finally get the etiquette. She knocks clotheslines and a dropkick to Rose. Banks misses the knees in the corner while Rose advances. Banks come back with the Backstabber in the bank statement. Rose tape. Rose has been eliminated.
Deville makes his way and starts hitting Banks. It's between Deville and Asuka against Banks, Bayley and Jax. Asuka kicks and dumps banks in the corner with kicks. Asuka takes Banks to another corner and launches into the hips attack. Asuka with a kick and a 2 chef. Deville marks his turn and drops Banks into a bodyscissors. Banks starts with Deville on the back and pushes her into a corner. Banks throws Deville to the rug Deville blocks a tag but Banks finally understands it. Bayley arrives with clotheslines in Deville. Bayley with a counter and knee in Deville. Bayley with more attack and a knee up in the corner for 2 counts. Bayley dodges the moves but Deville cradles her and nails a Spinebuster for a count of 2 while Jax enters and breaks the pin. Boo Jax fans.
Jax runs into the ring after moving Deville. Pop fans. Asuka kicks Jax in the face and they appear again. Banks ends up nailing the apron meteors to Asuka on the floor. Bayley with the big suplex in Deville for a charge of 2. Deville eventually takes Bayley on the carpet, but she also falls on her back. Deville hits Bayley in the barrier while the referee counts. They continue to fight. Bayley with Bayley-to-Belly suplex on the floor. They are both counted. Bayley and Deville were eliminated at the same time.
It's in Asuka against Banks and Jax now. Banks is facing Asuka in the ring. They go there and exchange crosskicks. Asuka blocks the Backstabber and levels the banks. Asuka with a big German suplex, dropping Banks on his neck. Banks catches Asuka with the right hand. Jax joins Banks on the apron and pop fans. Asuka hits Jax with a Hip Attack and pop fans. Banks enters and drops Asuka. Asuka gets Banks out of the ring. Asuka tries to attack from the apron, but Banks catches a boot and drops his face, the first on the apron. Bliss asks Jax to prepare her while she recovers on the outside. Asuka with a hip attack to the banks on the outside. Asuka returns Banks and nails a missile dropkick for another close countdown. Fans are singing for Asuka while she's going with Banks now. The banks are going for the banks declaration but Asuka against with the lock of Asuka. This is countered. Sasha with 2 counts of accusation. Banks blocks a kick and sends Asuka to the corner. Banks with flying knees in the corner. Banks climbs to the top but Jax approaches the apron and pushes his partner. This allows Asuka to introduce banks in Asuka lock. Banks use Asuka. The banks have been eliminated.
The fans boo while Jax enters the ring and drops a pair of legs on Asuka while she is on the ground. Jax with a third leg down. Jax stands proudly while the boos continue. Fans are not happy that Jax has hurt Lynch. Jax with a Samoan Drop for the easy pin on Asuka and the win.
Winners: Team RAW (Single Survivor: Nia Jax)
– After the match, Jax stands proudly and taunts the crowd to the sound of his music. We are going to replay. Bliss enters the ring and lifts Jax's arm as the boos continue.
– We see RAW Acting Director General Baron Corbin behind the scenes, with RAW Commissioner Stephanie McMahon watching the action. Stephanie says that last week was a black mark for Corbin's career. If he wants his work to be permanent, he needs to make sure the RAW team sweeps things away tonight. Corbin says the win now should clear the black mark, but it guarantees a sweep. They are interrupted by SmackDown Commissioner Shane McMahon and SmackDown Executive Director Paige. Both sides have words on their marks and Shane says he's looking forward to seeing his sister dismiss Corbin. The blue mark bosses are going away.
RAW vs. SmackDown: Seth Rollins, WWE Intercontinental Champion, and Shinsuke Nakamura, WWE Champion in the United States
Back from a break, Tom Phillips welcomes us to the ring. He is joined by Corey Graves and Byron Saxton at the ring. WWE Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins makes his way as Greg Hamilton does. WWE Champion United States Shinsuke Nakamura is next in the untitled game. Tom shows us the German and Spanish advertisers at the ring.
