NEW YORK – Brillant Right-hander Parker Bridwell was claimed by the New York Yankees, who opened the game by appointing field player Ronald Torreyes for an assignment.

Torreyes, 26, was one of the most popular players in the Yankees' pavilion. He was often assisted by a team of 5 feet 8 inches. Aaron Judge, a teammate 5 feet 8 in the air.
