National Guacamole Day is not until September 16th, but the party in Chipotle starts now – and shows no sign of ending. The Tex-Mex chain now offers 8 ounce sides of delicious cream and guacamole in addition to their usual 4 ounce option.

"Guac has long been one of Chipotle's most popular items," said Chris Brandt, marketing director of Chipotle, in a press release. "In fact, customers order nearly 50 million pounds of guacamole a year from our restaurants and we use more than 450,000 avocados every day in our restaurants. Many of our customers can not do without our guac, and we are excited to offer users even more options to get their guac fix.
According to the Chipotle website, the large order of chips and guac serves three people. The price varies by location, but many restaurants offer the new item for $ 5.75.
Chipotle will also be rolling out a set of Giphy stickers on Instagram on Saturday, as well as Snapchat filters and guacamole-themed stickers to celebrate double guacamole throughout the weekend.
