Crypto repression continues.

The US Attorney General's Office accused two people of offering alleged parallel banking services to unnamed cryptocurrency stock exchanges, according to an announcement on April 30.

According to the press release, Ravid Yosef and Reginald Fowler have been charged with "banking fraud and operating an unlicensed money transfer business". According to a court document filed in the Southern District of New York, the duo opened accounts to transfer funds to cryptographic exchanges as part of Global Trading Solutions.

In addition, Global Trading Solutions, LLC is also affiliated with Global Trade Solutions AG, which is the parent company of Crypto Capital, the payment processing company involved in the aforementioned Bitfinex litigation.
