Valerie Bertinelli gives fans a great gift in honor of Betty White’s 99th birthday!

“Betty’s bloopers are the best bloopers. 🤣 I LOVE YOU Betty White! Happy birthday my sweet lady! ♥ ️,” Bertinelli captioned the post, which showed nine minutes of footage of her time on set with White and their teammates.

In his own birthday message, White said, “Would you believe it ?! It’s my 99th birthday, which means I can stay awake as late as I want without asking.”

Throughout the day, White also received several love anniversary messages from his famous friends.

“I’m still hot when I see that look,” Mary tyler moore costar Ed Asner wrote in an extra sweet tribute alongside a photo of the pair. “Happy 99 baby. You are a testament to living life on your own terms. I send you a really big socially distant kiss. I love you.”

Ellen DeGeneres too sent White a celebratory message. “Happy Birthday, @BettyMWhite! You are a miracle in every way, ”the show’s host wrote on Twitter.

In a recent interview with PEOPLE, ahead of her birthday, White shared tips on how she manages to always stay positive and find the bright side in life.

“I don’t like the other side,” White said. “The positive side is a lot more fun.”

White also told PEOPLE that while her birthday will be low key this year due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, she looks forward to “visiting close friends and bringing food to my animal friends” once. that normal life will resume.

And as the beloved icon nears the century, she shares the one thing that keeps her going: “a sense of humor.”

“Don’t take yourself too seriously,” she said. “You can lie to others – not that I would – but you cannot lie to yourself.”
