Valheim Plus mod makes construction much more precise

The Valheim viking craft adventure is all the rage right now, which means almost everyone has opinions about which of its crafing and survival features are inflated and which are painful. The developers plan to add features and tweaks during Early Access, but modders have already started to take an interest in this as well. Valehim Plus is one of the bigger ones in the bunch right now, a mod that packs a good handful of handy tweaks along with some extra precision building tools.

One of the best perks, for my money, is the shared card system. I hosted a world for several friends and was already disappointed to find out that they couldn’t see the explored parts of the map that I walked around without them. It would be great if they could see my adventures since I am the resident obsessive fog of war more clearly. You just need to be online at the same time and share your location with other players for it to work.

The advanced build mode and advanced edit mode of Valheim Plus also have huge advantages. The construction mode tools allow you to place construction objects with much higher precision by moving and rotating them along any axis of your choice. The advanced edit mode allows you to move the elements of the construction mode without destroying them first. It’s also a big sigh of relief for me. I don’t mean how many times I destroyed my bed just to move it a yard and then forgot to claim it as a spawn point after.

There are several other tweaks to check out, like changing the speed of material processing, removing the restriction on teleporting items, and changing the weight or stack size of items so you can carry them. more at a time.

You can find Valheim Plus on Nexus Mods with instructions for installing it in your local or server world. You can turn mod features on and off independently, says the creator, which means you can choose which changes you like and don’t need.
