Seven years after the disappearance of Cristina Siekavizza, her family asks for justice

Juan Luis Siekavizza, Cristina's father, pointed out that the case had made positive progress despite the fact that there is a structure that attempts to delay the criminal process.

In February 2017, the Constitutional Court (CC) revoked the sentence of the opening of the lawsuit against Roberto Barreda and Beatriz de León, published by the Superior B Risk Court in 2015.

The CC ordered to the judiciary to repeat the intermediate hearing and to issue a new resolution to determine whether the accused must face public debate.
