Samsung has received complaints about "smartphones" that would send photos without consent.

(CCM) – Samsung acknowledged that it was receiving complaints in the United States about phones of its brand that would send photos to contacts without asking permission .

According to the criticism expressed by users in the networks, the media (in English) and before the own South Korean company, the models concerned by this decision would be the Samsung Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy Note8 . The spokesperson of the company in the United States stated that "there was no problem with hardware or software relevant in this particular case" although he acknowledged that the complaints were coming in and pointed out that they had not received similar comments in other countries.

Until we know if it's a point error or more, if we confirm this problem Samsung's reputation could be seriously damaged once more. Without going further, at the beginning of the year several Galaxy Note8 users have warned of problems in the batteries of their devices.
