The residents of Caracas are demonstrating this Tuesday morning due to lack of water service on Avenida Sur 4, in Santa Teresa. The protesters denounce that they have not received water for two months.
Officials from the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) are trying to disperse the protest but the people are still on the streets demanding that Hidrocapital fix the situation.
