Eduardo Sanabria, a Venezuelan cartoonist known as Edo Ilustrado, celebrated the appointment of Edgar Ramírez, a Venezuelan actor, at the Emmy Awards with an illustration of the artist.
Ramirez was named best supporting actor for his role in the series American Crime Story: The murder of Gianni Versace
The actor recalled his roots after learning the appointment for the awards of American television.
"Venezuela, they named us," Ramírez said through his Twitter account on Thursday.
