We are approaching the Fourth Congress of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) and we are very excited by the meaning that this activity has for all the people of Venezuela.

This is a debate of ideas and proposals emanating directly from our bases, communities, within the UBCH, which allows us not only to give the floor to the people, exercising the greater democracy, but to renew and strengthen the party with real proposals and adapted to the moment.

This great meeting gives us the opportunity to identify the needs of each sector and state of the country to assist effectively; and most importantly, to strategize together to solve the current problems we face and to ensure benefits for all.

We will exercise the 3Rs left by our commander Chávez. We will review, rectify and reinvigorate the revolutionary process to strengthen it, as well as our activism and the Bolivarian government. Together we will draw a new line of action that we will follow firmly since the Revolution to achieve the peace, stability and prosperity we all expect. I know we can and we will do it.

I also want to tell you some great news. The agreements concluded in the student technical committee that we installed in Nueva Esparta with the participation of eight student movements began to materialize.

Through the efforts deployed, our president and the Minister of University Education, Science and Technology Hugbel Roa, arrived at the state a cargo with 15,588 kilograms of food that will reactivate the dining room of the East University (UDO); and a gandola with supplies such as paints, professional pastes, switches, brushes, LED lamps, plastic bags and acrylic slates to use for the rehabilitation of the infrastructure of the different study homes.

National Experimental University of Arts (Unearte), Bolivarian University of Venezuela (UBV), National Experimental University of Safety (UNES), University of Health Sciences (UCS) and Sugar Mission

We will give them little to few answers to each of their approaches to ensure that our young people receive a quality education, in the best conditions. Together, we will continue to reinvent Nueva Esparta. A big hug.
