Teenagers from the Guaraní Fortuna Aboriginal community in Curuguaty were champions of the 2018 Disney Cup and vice-champions of the South American Development League.
A football team a group of native teenagers, was champion of the Disney Cup in 2018. The girls come from an indigenous community of Curuguaty district, in the Department of Canindeyú.
Guaraní Fortuna has already participated in the South American Development League, where she took second place in the tournament, which gave her the pass to participate in the cup in which the teenagers won the title of champions.
The championship was held at the World Sports Complex in Orlando, Florida, where 16 teams from across the continent participated.
