An ATM in the metropolitan area of Houston it was deactivated and was protected by the police on Monday, after wrongly distributing 100 dollar bills instead of 10 dollars, and that such failure was reported via social networks.
Some officers from the Harris County Police Department protected the outdoor ATM after the Sunday night incident and informed Bank of America.
One vendor mistakenly placed 100 tickets instead of 10, a bank statement said Monday. Bank of America also said that customers can keep the extra money that they have received.
The Bank of America, based in North Carolina, did not say how much money had been delivered badly.
