UNICEF delivered 130 tons of aid to Venezuela

Since August, UNICEF has announced that it has airlifted approximately 130 tons of medicines and other medical and nutritional supplies to 350,000 women and children in Venezuela, to redouble the government's efforts to improve situation in the country.

The supplies are part of an agreement with the government to expand Unicef ​​programs across the country, for example, through technical cooperation and capacity building.
