The private health center Policlínica Las Industrias, located in the area of the yellow flower of the municipality of Valencia, was sanctioned for committing crimes of speculation and lack of the required documents.
Similarly, the immediate adaptation of the drugs and services provided by the said clinic was applied as a preventive measure, as was the referral of this case to the Public Prosecutor's Office by ordinary channels for regular judicial proceedings.

This operation was conducted by the National Superintendency for the Defense of Socio-Economic Rights (Sundde), as part of the actions included in the economic recovery program.
