Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro announced Thursday that more than 20,000 tonnes of pork would be distributed at Sovereign Field Fairs and local supply and production committees (Clap).

The President added that more than 3,000,750 tonnes of Christmas products would be sold at agreed prices.

In addition, the president said more than fifteen million toys would be distributed to children across the country through the Clap.
"I already have in my hands more than fifteen million toys that we will distribute directly so that all the children of Venezuela, through the Clap, have their toy of quality," he said.
He also said that more than 35 million clothing and footwear would be distributed and marketed.
"We have made an effort and we have more than 35 million clothes and shoes that will be distributed and marketed directly by municipalities, communal councils, sovereign fairs and popular markets," he said.
