Alfredo Romero, executive director of the Venezuelan Criminal Forum, denounced Thursday the health situation of three political prisoners held in Ramo Verde prison, located in Los Teques, in the state of Miranda. "Descended from political prisoners in Ramo Verde prison, serious health problems have doctors José Alberto Marulanda, Williams Aguado and Sergeant Yuleima Medina who suffered seizures yesterday," said Romero in his Twitter account
Marulanda, doctor graduated from the Central University of Venezuela, was arrested on May 20 by officials of the General Directorate of the Military Vanguard (Dgcim).
The lawyer indicated that after the detention of Marulanda, he had suffered torture when he was chained with handcuffs, which caused the loss of sensitivity of the surgeon's hands.
