Apple creates green fund in China to promote renewable energy

The money will go to develop projects for a total of a gigawatt of renewable energy in China, said Apple.

In 2015, the company is committed to using clean energy in its supply chain and has stated that it expects to generate 4 gigawatts renewable energy globally by 2020 an increase on the 3 gigawatts target that had been announced this year.
