The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Michelle Bachelet, received Monday a Official letter from President Nicolás Maduro for an official visit to Venezuela.
"Today, I have received an official invitation letter to go to Venezuela," said the Chilean exmandataria in an interview with CNN en Español.
He also indicated that the document received on Monday was the formalization of the announcement made by the head of the Venezuelan state at the United Nations General Assembly held in late September.
